Overnight stay on the USS Alabama

I could hardly wait to go to sleep. This experience makes you appreciate what you have even more. The men that fought for our freedom in WWII had to live like this day after day. One night for me was plenty. Just behind Peter in the picture is the head. Not a place wher you wanted to spen much time. Everything is made of steel. You could here tiniest thing drop. The ship was very impressive.
